Cletus, also known as Incidental Y1 is a "Y" incidental who appears as one of the secondary antagonists of the episode "Trenchbillies," in the book Legends of Bikini Bottom, and in the game The Ultimate Bikini Bottom Buddy Search.

Description
He is a cave fish with purple skin who has long brown hair, beige eyes with no pupils, and a long brown mustache. He wears a torn, light green shirt with patches, torn brown pants, and a torn hat with a patch as well.
