He is a green cave fish with an orange dorsal fin and beige eyes with no pupils. He wears torn brown pants with a gray and red can on his head.

Incidental Y7 has appeared in only three episodes so far, as well as having a game appearance as well. He was firstly designed to be one of the many trenchbillies that serves as the secondary antagonist after Ma Angler.
