He has a white face, bright orange hair, red lips, a burgundy nose, blue eyes with black pupils, and lime arms and legs. SpongeBob's Last Stand
The clown's hair is black instead of red, his shirt is light blue, his pants are orange with yellow dots and his flower is yellow.
Role in series
"As Seen on TV"
Squidward hires him for the Krusty Krab commercial to relieve stress. It appears his own form of verbalizing is honking noises. The clown is the only member of the production staff whom Mr. Krabs did not fire, although he does not appear in the commercial.
He holds a dog balloon and two juggling clubs.
"SpongeBob's Last Stand"
The clown attends the parade for the construction of the Shelly Superhighway.
