The colored ghost is one of the Flying Dutchman's ghost friends who appears in the episode "Ghost Host" and appears briefly in "Séance Shméance." He also appears in the online game Ghost Slayer, where he is the main enemy.
Description

He is yellow with a ghost tail and big lips.
