The commissioner is a character who appears in the episode "What's Eating Patrick?"
Description
He is an aquamarine colored fish who wears a light purple suit and black hat with a purple stripe.
Role in episode
He first appears in a flashback where Mr. Krabs fixes a wheel of his boat, and then says thanks before driving off. Later, he gives the belt to Patrick after he wins the Krabby Patty Eating Contest, but Patrick says he doesn't want it as it doesn't fit him.
Trivia
- His appearance is similar to Bikini Bottom's mayor.
