Template:LTab Template:Location Condo Island, more commonly known as, "Karate Island," is an island owned by Master Udon to sell time-shares. It first appears in the episode of the same name.
About
Description
From a distance on a boat, it looks like a single island with sand and plants, and tall mountain peaks. The ocean surrounds it and there are clouds that float above and from the looks, are even behind the island.

When Template:Data:Links goes there to be crowned 'king of karate,' he is locked and is forced almost to buy time shares, until Template:Data:Links defeats him through a massive karate fight. They then both leave the island, until Template:Data:Links comes thinking it is 'Clarinet Island.'

In SpongeBob's Director's Commentary for the level "Squidward Super Shooter!," the first exercise in Sandy's exercise program was to travel back to Karate Island and spar with Master Udon again.

History
Condo Island was founded to sell time shares. It is known to scam sea creatures into coming to the island for reasons that are not for obtaining time shares. Two notable creatures that have been scammed are Template:Data:Links and Squidward Tentacles for being crowned the King of Karate and Clarinets, respectively.
