The blue fish is an unknown incidental character who appears in the episode "MuscleBob BuffPants" and the book Comic Number 4.

He is a basic blue colored fish with dark teal lips and darker blue fins who wears middle blue shorts.

The blue fish has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the one episode that he appeared in.

He is one of the many audience members of the Anchor Toss who cheer for Template:Data:Links and later Template:Data:Links after he loses.

He makes his exact same roles from "MuscleBob BuffPants" in the "MuscleBob BuffPants" portion of the book.
