Appearance
The DJ is a tall, orange fish. He wears a blue jacket with no shirt, small glasses, and a blue hat. He also has a thick mustache.
History
The DJ is first seen playing the music in the Thug Tug. After Victor spots a bubble and tells everyone to line up to find out who the "bubble blowing baby" is, the DJ was ordered by Victor to play the Goofy Goober theme song. The DJ is seen again, repeating the bubble blowing rule, when Dennis pulls up.
