The DJ is a tall, light orange fish. He wears a blue jacket with no shirt, small glasses, and a blue hat. He also has a thick brown mustache.
History
The DJ is first seen playing the music in the Thug Tug. After Victor spots a bubble and tells everyone to line up to find out who the "bubble blowing baby" is, the DJ was ordered by Victor to play the Goofy Goober song.
