He is light orange fish with lime neon green lips with lavender fins. He has yellowish-white and black eyes. He also wears a white chef hat and white shirt.
Role in episode
When SpongeBob is telling the story of how he lost his identity, he appears when SpongeBob says he ate Snail-Po and asks, "And why did you eat Snail-Po?"
