Doctor 16 is a "Doctor" incidental who appears in the episode "Code Yellow."
Description
He is a short and wide light orange fish with a darker orange spiky dorsal fin and lips. He wears a white doctor's uniform and a head mirror. He also has visible nostrils.
Role in episode
He is one of the many doctors watching Template:Data:Links give Template:Data:Links a nose job at the operation theater and is constantly amazed by the many performances during the surgery along with all the other doctors watching.
