She is a light teal fish with long, blonde hair, light orange lips, and a mole on her cheek. She wears a red-orange jumpsuit and hat. Donna is a woman, but her voice sounds masculine.

Donna appears at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and becomes friends with her as it is lunchtime. At the end of the episode, Mrs. Puff has a nightmare where Donna is a student of hers and is falling down the cliff just like Template:Data:Links did in the beginning of the episode.

She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama."

Despite not making a physical appearance in over 20 years, her name appears as graffiti in the bathroom in "Gas Station Vacation."
