She is a doodle version of Squeaky, drawn by Template:Data:Links using his pencil.
Role in episode
When SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links are surrounded by a mini doodle army and Patrick says he misses Squeaky, SpongeBob gets the idea to draw Doodle Squeaky and make themselves go up. However, the doodle army and DoodleBob stack themselves up to SpongeBob and Patrick's height.
