Character

Dougie Williams is a fish who appears in the episodes "Squirrel Jokes," "Mall Girl Pearl," and the online game Bikini Bottom Mysteries Search. He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience. Dougie probably does not do jokes and instead throws pies at the audience.

Description

He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to that of a clown, red clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. He is pale orange and light tan in color. His eyes don't seem to be looking forward.

Trivia

Closed captions in "Squirrel Jokes" incorrectly refer him as "Doogie Williams."
He makes a cameo in the episode "Mall Girl Pearl" at the mall.
