Dr. Kelpington[1] is a minor character who appears in the episodes "My Leg!" and "The Hankering."
Description
"My Leg!"
He is a green fish with a white lab coat that has two buttons. He has black shoes and a lime dorsal fin. He has a red scar near his right eye, has dark green lips, and eyes with black pupils. He has an odd look on his face.
"The Hankering"
He is now a purple fish with dark purple lips and a dark purple dorsal fin. His shoes are now brown, his scar is black, and his scarred eye now has a light blue pupil.
Role in series
"My Leg!"
He is seen using a laser to vaporize Fred's leg in the montage that the doctor shows Fred of him breaking his leg.
"The Hankering"
He is seen in the movie "A Few Fish to Fry," where he (as the villainous Dr. Kelpington) tries to deep fry Sal in the Deep Fry 3,000.
