Dr. Lumbar Louie is a character featured in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie PC game. He runs Dr. Louie's Chiropractor.
Description
He is a doctor who wears normal work clothes and holds a folder in his hand. He is wearing a white shirt with a purple tie.
History
In the time of "Octavio," he gives SpongeBob a peace offering (a stethoscope) to go and give to Octavio and the war will be over.
