Administrator Flotsam[1] is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital.

Description

He is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a light red tie and a pair of black shoes.

History

"The Lost Mattress"

He appears telling the Actor to move Template:Data:Links off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma."

SpongeBob SquigglePants

He also makes a cameo in one of the mini-games.

"The Getaway"

He appears about to eat a steak when it is stolen by Stickyfins Whiting.

"The Ballad of Filthy Muck"

He appears in a bathroom stall at the Krusty Krab. When Mr. Krabs sniffs the stall and leaves, Administrator Flotsam shrugs and says "Can't please everyone." He wears a hat in this episode.

"The Krusty Bucket"

He appears again in a bathroom stall at the Krusty Krab. He panics when Mr. Krabs and Plankton fight in the stall next to him, and he runs out screaming when the stalls break down.

Trivia

  • Administrator Flotsam is named after the maritime term "flotsam and jetsam." Flotsam is the cargo and parts of a ship that float in the sea after a wreck, while jetsam is anything thrown overboard during distress that either sinks or washes ashore.
