The Employee of the Month wall is a wall in the Krusty Krab that first appears in the episode of the same name, then in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and the episodes "The Original Fry Cook" and "Breath of Fresh Squidward."
Description
It appears to have many picture frames with SpongeBob's face in them, which correspond to the number of months SpongeBob has worked. Unlike Squidward, SpongeBob has worked hard for many months to have accumulated these awards.
Since these numbers exceed 12, 24, or even 36, it shows he has worked for many years.
Role in series
"Employee of the Month"
SpongeBob tells Squidward about the Employee of the Month Award and shows him the wall of his portraits. However, Squidward tells SpongeBob it is a waste of time. Later, the wall of portraits come to life and encourage SpongeBob to fight against Squidward for the reward.
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie
In one of the first scenes, SpongeBob tells Gary that Mr. Krabs will be announcing the new manager of the Krusty Krab 2, and says that he believes that he will be the new manager because he has 374 consecutive Employee of the Month awards. When Jim sees the wall of SpongeBob portraits, he figures it is a thing implemented after he retired. However, Mr. Krabs tells him that his "Best Employee Ever" award is still underneath and punches the wall to crush all the Employee of the Month awards and showcase the award Jim earned.
"Breath of Fresh Squidward"
Mr. Krabs gives New Squidward the Employee of the Month award after putting ketchup dimples on a patty.
