In one of the first scenes, SpongeBob tells Gary that Mr. Krabs will be announcing the new manager of the Krusty Krab 2, and says that he believes that he will be the new manager because he has 374 consecutive Employee of the Month awards. He shows Gary a wall of his awards that he has in their bedroom.

"The Original Fry Cook"

When Jim sees the wall of SpongeBob portraits, he figures it is a thing implemented after he retired. However, Mr. Krabs tells him that his "Best Employee Ever" award is still underneath and punches the wall to crush all the Employee of the Month awards and showcase the award Jim earned.

Mr. Krabs gives New Squidward the Employee of the Month award after putting ketchup dimples on a patty.
