He always monitors the recent activity to make sure everyone is following the Manual of Style and undoes non-productive contributions. Although he has had some behavior problems in the past, UoTM is an editing award, and I see nothing wrong with him as an editor and he has since improved from some of his past behaviors. That said, I think he would be a good candidate. Also, he recently became a rollback.
