| As shown in the infobox above, Agent Twirp is an orange fish. He wears a green dress shirt accompanied by orange tie. He wears brown dress pants and dark black dress shoes. His hair is extremely dark, almost as if he used a large amount of hair gel, and the back part of his hair is sticking up. He has a pointed, thin separated mustache on each side of his face. He wears thick black glasses and his teeth appear to be curved at the ends.
