Charles in a Wealthy man and Foofie is his Pampered Snail. He and Foofie have one the Bikini Bottom Pet contest 5 times in a row, until Spongebob won the Competition in Grooming Gary. Foofie has a Mustace, as well as Charles does. Charles has a top hat, a Tuxedo, and a Parasol. Foofie has a shiny golden shell, and he has a Diamond collar. Charles tells Spongebob the only way to prove your pet's Beauty is to win the pet constest
