Frank is a tan fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is top customer. Frank wears and eyepatch and is green in color. He is only seen once, in "Pranks a Lot," where he sold SpongeBob invisible spray.
Accordign to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others. At his shop, his products include:
