Frank (Born May 5, 1961)is a tan fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is top customer. Frank wears and eyepatch and is green in color. He is only seen once, in "Pranks a Lot," where he sold SpongeBob invisible spray.
According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others. At his shop, his products include:
- Fake Seanut Brittle (Snakes in a can)
- Hand Buzzer
- Fake Dollar
- Whoopi Cushion
- Invisible Spray
- Fake Vomit
- REAL Vomit
- Exploding Chewing Gum
Frank is a green color. He wears a blue shirt and has brown pants. He has short grey hair and has an eyepatch on his left eye. His name rhymes with prank, despite the name of his store.
