Character

Frank^[1] is a fish who works for the Bikini Bottom Police Department. He first appears in the episode "Krabby Road."

Description

He works at the prison and owns a Guard Worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin, and he wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.

Role in series

"Krabby Road"

He shows a new police officer the jail, but when he shows Plankton's cell, Plankton goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison.
