Character
Frank[1] is a fish who works for the Bikini Bottom Police Department. He first appears in the episode "Krabby Road."
Description
He works at the prison and owns a Guard Worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin, and he wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.
