Frank[1] is a fish who works for the Bikini Bottom Police Department. He appears in the episode "Krabby Road" and "Toy Store of Doom."

He works at the prison and owns a guard Worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin and wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.
Role in series
"Krabby Road"
He shows a new police officer the jail, but when he shows to Plankton's cell, this latter goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison.
