Animatronic old man

The animatronic old man is a character who appears in the episode "Escape from Beneath Glove World."

Description

He is a skinny olive-green robot fish with gray hair and a long gray beard who wears a light blue night gown. He lives in a barrel and constantly pops out non-stop.

Role in episode

He is one of the many animatronics in the Glove World! prison. He first pops out of a barrel in front of Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links and points out their breaking of the rules. Patrick assumes that he is a real old man and tells him he did not break any rules; he just broke a dummy head.

The old man then pops out a second time and says the same line again. Patrick gets angrily annoyed by him and tries to attack him until SpongeBob explains to him that he is just a robot like all the other animatronics in the prison.

He later appears in the end of the episode beside the jailed animatronic Hieronymus Glove, who dances with the animatronic old man while the real Hieronymus Glove sings his song.

Trivia

• He looks very similar to the current green Old Man Jenkins.
