Synopsis
When winning his Kids' Choice Award, (which was announced by Owen Holt) SpongeBob thanks Patrick, Squidward, Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Gary, his mom, and his dad, the bus driver, the clam he saw that morning, his pineapple, and Squidward again.

Hosted by Owen Holt, the "Favorite Cartoon" award was the first award to be given out (accompanied by the aforementioned television short starring SpongeBob) and the first time the category was presented outside of the main ceremony.[3]
