The Bikini Bottom Dentist's Office is first seen in the episode, Mid-Life Crustacean, when SpongeBob and Patrick wanted to have fun with Mr. Krabs. The building was shown briefly. It has three seats, a painting and blue floor. Tom Smith is known to work here. This place is the only dentist's office known to be in Bikini Bottom. It appeared again in "The Whole Tooth" where Patrick's last baby tooth has been extracted by Dr. Mundane.
