Incidental K1[1] is a kid fish who first appears as the secondary antagonist of the episode "Friend or Foe."
Names
- In "Penny Foolish," his name is Billy.
Description
He is a light purple fish with purple fins, faded-blue lips, and wears a red shirt and a white and blue cap.
Personality
He likes to bully innocents with no apparent reason behind his actions, as seen in the flashbacks from his grade-school years and when he is shown as a delinquent teenager using ketchup as a weapon.
Role in series
"Friend or Foe"
He is shown as the leader of a group of class bullies at Poseidon Elementary School who constantly makes fun of Template:Data:Links about his clothes and calls him "Rag Boy" and also bullies Template:Data:Links for his small size and brilliant intelligence. He is also the first ever person to try a Krabby Patty. When he and the other kids try it, they love it because of its flavor and how they can actually eat it and hold it down. This makes them warm up to Mr. Krabs.
"Picture Day"
He is among a small mob of troublemaking teenagers who run rampant through Bikini Bottom, attacking people with ketchup.
"Penny Foolish"
He is seen in his mom's car, commenting over Mr. Krabs blabbering in his car.
