The blue beachgoer [citation needed] is a tuna who appears in the episode "SpongeGuard on Duty" and the book Friends Forever.
Description
She looks a lot like Charlie, but as a female, while Charlie is male. She wears a bright red bikini and is blue skin-toned, with darker blue and tints of yellow on her fins.
