Description
He is a living, talking blob of expired meatloaf that was left in the freezer of the Krusty Krab's employee break room.

SpongeBob eats expired leftovers from the fridge in the break room. He eats a blue blob and guesses that it is creamed corn, and he corrects SpongeBob, saying that he is meatloaf.
