Description
He is a brown fish with a black shirt and black glasses. He has a very buff appearance.
Role in episode
He throws Squidward out when SpongeBob is performing and he is making the performance look bad because of his bad clarinet playing. He appears again at the end of the episode where he grabs Squidward real hard by the neck and will not let Squidward leave until he pays for the damages first.
