Description
He is a green fish with brown hair and a brown mustache. He wears a repair hat with a white shirt, rainbow apron, and white shoes.
Role in episode
After Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links find out that their imagination box is not working, they take it to the Imagination Box Repair to be fixed. He sees them and goes through many boxes and welcomes SpongeBob and Patrick. He says that he has not seen one of those boxes for 25 years, SpongeBob explains that its motor won't turn over, he takes a look under it in which Rainbow sprays on him. He tells them that their box has blown its "whimsy gasket," and new ones are not being made.
