Fancy Fish is a fish who only appears in Extreme Spots. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
Looks
He wears a uniform, an eyeglass, and always carries a tea cup, supposedly filled with tea, and a saucer. He has inadequately crooked teeth, so he pronounces his words insignificantly and speaks in lisp.
