Dotty the Patchysaurus is a suit owned by Patchy the Pirate, and it only appeared in the episode Ugh.

Dotty is a green, and orange paper maché creature. It is not alive, and can only move around, because it's Patchy moving, not Dotty.

Patchy was trying to show off how cool the prehistoric times were. He then fell over, and got stuck. Producers had to get him out.
