She is an orange fish who wears a white T-shirt and has pinkish black puffy hair, a green back fin, and pink lips.

"Sand Castles in the Sand"
She is the bus driver of the bus that Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links take in order to go to Goo Lagoon. They annoy her by pestering her and screaming in her face, resulting in her kicking them off the bus.
"Two Thumbs Down"
She is one of the Thumb Con patrons seen standing outside the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall.
"Bizarro Bottom"
She appears for a split second as a driver of the bus SpongeBob is on.
