He is a tall fish who wears black, round glasses, brown pants, and a tan shirt. He also wears a tie and black shoes. In "Can You Spare a Dime?," he is purple, whereas he is orange in "Money Talks."

He makes a cameo after taking back the box Template:Data:Links is sitting in when he is asking for spare change. He leaves shortly after with the box in hand.
"Money Talks"
At the Krusty Krab, he wants to sit at the table by the window, which is occupied by Old Man Jenkins and Mary. Template:Data:Links tells him that he will be able to once the present customers leave.
