(Citizens Of Bikini Bottom United To Keep SpongeBob SquarePants Off The Road And Out Of Boats All Together) is a group of citizens that provided the short film, "Boat Smarts." Their main purpose is to keep Template:Data:Links out of boats and off of the road. The group only appears in the episode "Boat Smarts."
