He is a brown and purple fish that wears a yellow shirt, red hat, and blue shorts. He carries a green backpack.
History
The Camper is a character that appears when Sandy sandboards on Sand Mountain. She was going so fast that she was trailing flames. She slid by the camper and he set on fire. He then stopped, dropped, and rolled.
