Carl is the grandson of King Amoeba and Queen Mildew.

He is purple. He wears glasses, a brown hat, and a pink one-piece suit.

He is either the son of Prince Callous or Prince Dingus and an unknown female. He grew up with homosexual parents.

He only appears in Rule of Dumb on the family tree.
