Carlos Alazraqui is a voice actor best known for his roles as Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life, Richochet from Mucha Lucha, Mr. Crocker from The Fairly OddParents, Winslow and Lube from CatDog, Mr. Weed from Family Guy, Bobbi Faboulous from Phineas and Ferb, and Lazlo from Camp Lazlo.
In the show Carlos voices mainly minor characters most noteably Scooter and Atomic Flounder, in the movie he voiced the Squire , the Thief, and Goofy Goober .
