Carlos Alazraqui (b. July 20, 1962-) is a voice actor best known for his roles as Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life, Ricochet from Mucha Lucha, Mr. Crocker from The Fairly OddParents, Winslow and Lube from CatDog, Mr. Weed from Family Guy, Bobbi Faboulous from Phineas and Ferb, Walden from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy, and Lazlo from Camp Lazlo.
In the show Carlos voices mainly minor characters, most notably Scooter and Atomic Flounder, in the movie he voiced the Squire, the Thief, and Goofy Goober Clock, in the second movie he voice one of the seagulls, and he and Nolen North voiced the dead parrots.
