Template:PersonCarlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is a voice actor.

In the show, Carlos voices mainly minor characters, most notably Scooter and Atomic Flounder. In the first movie, he voiced the Squire, the Boat jacker, and Goofy Goober clock. In the second movie, he voiced one of the seagulls, and he and Nolan North voiced the dead parrots. He also voiced Bunny Wunny in "Bunny Hunt." He voices Nobby Narwhal in Kamp Koral, SpongeBob's Under Years, marking his first role as a major character.

Biography

He is best known for his roles as Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life, Ricochet from Mucha Lucha, Mr. Crocker and Juandissimo from The Fairly OddParents, Winslow and Lube from CatDog, Mr. Weed from Family Guy, Monroe from The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Bobbi Fabulous from Phineas and Ferb, Walden from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy, Lazlo and Clam from Camp Lazlo, and Carlos Casagrande from The Loud House and its spin-off The Casagrandes. He has also done voices for multiple video games and other TV series and movies.
