— Incidental EHS5, "Walking Small"
Character

Incidental EHS5 is a dark green eel and a background character in SpongeBob SquarePants. He first appears in the episode "Walking Small."

Description

He is an olive green eel with a light green dorsal fin running down his back. He also has a small light brown straw fedora with a purple stripe on his head.

In "Enchanted Tiki Dreams," he is bright green with a cyan dorsal fin.

Role in series

"Walking Small"

He steals Template:Data:Links's ice cream cone in line for the stand by sliding through his holes. When SpongeBob is not assertive enough, Template:Data:Links gets inside his mouth and yells at him, demanding he hands over the ice cream or else "every waking moment of [his] life will be filled with pain and misery." The eel bursts into tears, and tosses the ice cream cone into SpongeBob's face as he runs off bawling. Plankton passes them off to SpongeBob as "tears of joy", erroneously stating he was happy to see SpongeBob being assertive.

"Enchanted Tiki Dreams"

SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links use him to electrocute each other and Template:Data:Links.

"Mall Girl Pearl"

He is one of the many characters seen in the background at the Bikini Bottom Mall. He is shown walking in front of the Scorched Coral store while holding a shopping bag.

"The Nitwitting"

He appears as one of the members of the Empty Head Society.

"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"

He is one of the guests attending SpongeBob's party.

Trivia

  • In "Walking Small," he is seen to have the power to stretch over long distances. This may have meant to be done, as eels are usually long and skinny.
  • Plankton was the only one to give him a nickname (Pencil neck).
