Cave[note 1] Patrick CaveStar[note 2] is the prehistoric counterpart of Patrick Star (more simply referred to as "Patrick CaveStar"[note 2]) who first appears in "Late for Breakfast," and is a minor, tertiary character who occasionally appears in The Patrick Star Show.
