Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp (or COWPAW) is a character who only appears in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game in Chapter 5.
Description
He is a light teal fish who looks very similar to the Biologist, except Charles is greenish gray and wears tan clothes.
