Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp or COWPAW is a character who appears in the PC version of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game in Chapter 5.
Description
He is a light teal fish who looks very similar to the biologist, except Charles is greenish-gray and wears tan clothes.
