Character
Charles is a fish that usually appears in the Krusty Krab as a customer.
Appearance
He is a blue and turquoise fish that wears red shorts and makes regular cameos at the Krusty Krab. He usually appears as a citizen or simply a Krusty Krab customer. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. A bikini-wearing version appears alongside him in the episode "SpongeGuard on Duty". That version also appears in "Extreme Spots".
Personality
He seems to be fond of Krabby Patties since he is a regular customer at the Krusty Krab. He also seems to be fond of magic because in the episode Hocus Pocus, he stars in a magic kit commercial and really seems to enjoy the product. Although, he may have been paid to act that way so that people(like SpongeBob) would buy the product.
