Charlie is one of the ghosts who appears in the episode "Ghoul Fools." He also appears in the episode "Séance Shméance." In "Ghoul Fools," he was part of Lord Poltergist's crew (originally on the Dutchman's crew) but now works in the engine room on the Haunted House Boat where eventually the engine sets on fire and explodes because it was not a good head gasket.
Description
He is a skeleton ghost that has one eye in the center of his face and wears a purple bandana with light blue polkadots on his head.
History
